Returns & Exchanges

At Funky Sock Co, we want your feet to be as happy as our patterns; if your socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Socks

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
